At AutoViral, we provide easy-to-use subscription management tools that give you complete control over your account. This policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and what to expect when you do.

Important: You are responsible for managing your own subscription cancellations. AutoViral provides multiple convenient cancellation methods, and failure to cancel through these available channels does not entitle you to a refund.

⚙️How to Cancel Your Subscription

AutoViral provides two convenient methods to cancel your subscription at any time:

Method 1: Cancel in the AutoViral Desktop Application

Open the AutoViral application on your computer
Navigate to the "Devices" page
Click the "View Subscription" button at the top of the page
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm your cancellation when prompted
You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete

Method 2: Cancel via the AutoViral Website

Log into your account at autoviralapp.com
Go to your Profile or Account Settings
Navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" tab
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete

Note: Both cancellation methods are available 24/7. You do not need to contact support to cancel your subscription.

📅What Happens After You Cancel

When you cancel your AutoViral subscription:

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have full access to all features until the subscription expires
You will not be charged for any future billing periods
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation and final access date
Your account data will be retained for 30 days after expiration in case you wish to reactivate

💳Refund Policy

No Refunds for Failure to Cancel: AutoViral does not issue refunds for subscriptions that users fail to cancel through the provided cancellation methods. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.

We provide clear and accessible cancellation tools in both the application and on our website. Since you have full control over your subscription management, we cannot issue refunds for:

Forgetting to cancel before the next billing cycle
Not using the service during a billing period
Failure to follow the cancellation procedures outlined above
Subscription charges that occurred because cancellation was not completed

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical issues that prevented cancellation through both available methods (must be reported within 48 hours)
Unauthorized charges due to account compromise (subject to verification)
Billing errors on our end (will be investigated and corrected)

👤Your Responsibility

As an AutoViral subscriber, you agree to:

Monitor your subscription status and billing dates
Cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue
Use the provided cancellation methods in the app or on the website
Keep your contact information up to date to receive cancellation confirmations
Review billing notifications and take action if needed

Reminder: Set a calendar reminder for yourself if you want to cancel before your next billing date. We send billing reminders, but you are ultimately responsible for managing your subscription.

🔄Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

If reactivating within 30 days, your previous account data and settings will be restored
If reactivating after 30 days, you'll start with a fresh account setup
Simply log back into the application or website and resubscribe
Your new subscription will begin immediately upon payment
